In an increasingly demanding and complex world, it’s not surprising that so many of us find ourselves feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of how to move forward. When the path ahead feels unclear, it can be easy to forget that you don’t have to walk it alone.
Therapy offers a space to pause and make sense of your experiences with curiosity and compassion. You might be seeking support to manage stress, anxiety, or depression; to navigate relationship challenges; or to find clarity and freedom from unhelpful patterns. Therapy can help you to reconnect with creativity or explore emerging parts of yourself as you move towards new and more authentic ways of being.
Starting therapy can feel daunting. Taking the time to find a therapist who feels right for you is an important first step and one that already reflects a desire for change and self-care. Whatever it is that you’re facing, I believe it’s important to start with finding someone that you feel safe to be yourself with. I provide a warm and non-judgemental space from which we will embark on a journey towards finding greater clarity, balance and connection with yourself and others.

About counselling & psychotherapy
There are a multitude of reasons that someone might seek out therapy. You might already have a clear idea of what is troubling you and need some support in moving through it, or you may be feeling lost as to where to begin. Either way, talking therapy can be a space to explore what is happening together and work collaboratively to find possible solutions.
The variety of presenting issues that clients bring to therapy is mirrored in the number of therapeutic methodologies on offer. This can make choosing a therapist feel confusing and overwhelming. I take an integrative approach which means that I tailor the process depending on what’s right for you. I’ll draw from different schools of thought including, psychodynamic, relational, humanistic, body psychotherapy, transpersonal and trauma informed work, to accompany you on the journey to better understanding your inner world.
